Fiorentina open AC Milan door for Frey, Gilardino swap
Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino admits a swap could be on involving goalkeeper Sebastien Frey and AC Milan striker Alberto Gilardino.
"If the goalkeeper came to us with a transfer request then we would not stand in his way," Corvino told Rete 37 yesterday.
"At that point, a swap deal with Milan that would see Gilardino arrive would be a good option for us."
