Kaka: I Will Return In 15 Days
Milan superstar Kaka has reassured fans that his recovery from a knee operation is going well, and he says he should be ready to start playing again in around 15 days.
Kaka underwent surgery last month to correct a chronic knee problem that had troubled him for the whole of last season.
There had been reports in recent weeks that the 26-year-old may not return for three months, but he has rubbished these rumours and says that he will soon be back.
"I am well, the knee is okay," said Kaka in an interview with the website Brazilian JB Online.
"I'm doing physiotherapy, the body is reacting well and I will be ready to return in a round 15 days."
Kaka also spoke about this summer’s Olympic Games in Beijing. The Brazil national team wanted to select the playmaker as one of their three over-aged players, however they were refused permission by Milan.
"I have already said, it is up to Milan to decide, and my club said that it is okay for Pato to play but not for me,” Kaka concluded.
